Orff Orchestras

Percussion Orchestra is one of our school’s menu items. Our school has a wide variety of melodic (Xylophones, glockenspiels etc.) and non-melodic (drums, tambourines etc.) percussion instruments. Any learner can participate in either the Junior (Gr. 1 to 3) or the Senior (Gr. 4 to 7) percussion groups. Note reading is not a necessity.
Advantages of playing in the percussion groups are: development of listening skills, improvement of hand-eye co-ordination, improvisation and memorizing as well as the enjoyment of making music.

Practice times:
